Leia doesn't actually need a ton of crit chance because she buffs herself with crit chance up. I actually loaded my tfp with cc back when I really wanted him to land tenacity down in raids a lot...but might remod him with cd one of these days.
I would tecommend trying to get your jawas to 5* g7 and put some mods on them (which can be temporary) just to get that cd challenge done.
