- essentially, they are useless and work for no one.
- Accuracy is good for B2. Other than that, not really.
- Early game, before crit chances get obscene, Crit avoidance can be used on some squishy attackers to help them survive until a tank taunts. Or there was some math somewhere that shows it can be useful on tanks that have a lot of health or protection regen for long battles. That how I would use them if you have some lying around. But I would not go out of my way to upgrade it otherwise.
- braskmeNew SpectatorI've only ever used Crit Avoidance on mid-gear tanks. By the time they get to g11-12, a Protection primary is better.
- crzydroidRetired HeroThere are very rare circumstances where you might want to put accuracy on someone...like in GW or an event where you have a Jedi attacking Sidious or something. But usually high geared characters have enough accuracy or you have R2 in your main lineup, so you're mostly putting it on your lower tier toons that don't already have speed anyway.
- It is difficult to find a use for them. I have found two.
I used to run OG Resistance (zFinn Poe Trooper Pilot Rey/BB8) in the HAAT loaded with Accuracy mods. Trooper is constantly getting TM bonuses so does not need speed, in fact none of them except Poe really do since they all get TM bonus from the zFinn lead. If you are short on Speed arrows Accuracy is a good compromise. Still have one on Pilot.
A Crit Avoidance arrow can be a great thing for a taunt, but in most cases only if it also has a ridiculously loaded speed secondary on it. I would trade a +30 speed arrow for a +24% Crit Avoidance w/+26 speed secondary. But if you are going up against a team that is heavy on Advantage, Crit Avoidance means little. "TVF;c-1562766" wrote:
I like to put these arrows on random toons for TW defense. It confuses the enemy into avoiding attacking because they suspect there's a plan they aren't seeing.
Also crit avoidance arrows make it harder for your enemy to select your toon when when targeting them. At least I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
You're my kind of twisted lol- Sorry for late reply, we're about 200 pts behind in TW.. love close battles!
@VonZant I see your point, I'll play with them when I get some from faming mods. - You could argue that Ahsoka would benefit from a crit avoidance arrow, but speed is still probably better.
