Mod shop inventory

Lately I've been trying to buy up stock of different mods from mod shop that have good speed stats but I haven't found any good ones. I still have to finish the final tier of the speed mod challenge and if I remember correctly in order for better mods to show up in mod shop inventory is to complete the challenges. Is this correct? I just want to make sure so I don't end up wasting my time building up the necessary teams to finish the mod challenges.

    I think you just have to finish 1 mod challenge to open up 5 dot mods. After that, I don't think there is a limitation on the primary after that point.

    Actually, you need to finish health and defense (jedi). That opens up 5 dot mods in the mod shop. Anything beyond that is just speculation on helping get better mods.
