Mod Stats Max Tables Anyone?
Was wondering if anyone had the data for the max primary stats for each tier of mod. This is especially important for the lower tier mods so I can determine if it may be more cost-effective to work on...

Here's some of your missing data:
Offense T4 = 4%
Protection T3 = 15.5%
Defense T3 = 7.75% T4 = 8%
Health T4 = 4%
Crit Avoidance T4 = 21%
Speed T2 = 19 T3 = 21 T4 = 26
Potency T3 = 18% T4 = 21%
Tenacity T3 = 17.5%
The values seem to follow a clear pattern for some collections:
Offense - Health (1.88% - 5.88%)
Defense (doubled: 3.75% - 11.75%)
Protection (doubled again: 7.5% - 23.5%)
then:
Crit chance - Accuracy (7.5% - 12%)
Crit avoid - Tenacity - Potency (doubled: 15% - 24%)
Crit damage (tripled: 22.5% - 36%)
and Speed has its own scale (17 - 30)
