What's the opinion on mods with a primary stat of : accuracy? Crit avoidance?

- Accuracy goes on B2.
Crit Avoidance goes on raid tanks for p3 H AAT ( I run Chirpatine ).
Otherwise, I've found no use. - So crit avoidance over a protection?
