The bottom mod crit chance diamond ... if I sliced this what is the maxed speed it could reach from here and would you slice this mod further ? Thanks for any feedback..

That crit chance mod has the potential to jump to 20 speed secondary, although a rather small one. Provided it's the speed stat that gets boosted, it can increase with 3-6 speed.
I'd definitely slice that one to gold and if the speed increases I'd slice it to 6 dot. If it stays at 14 speed, it might still be worth it to slice that mod to 6 dot, if you have no other high speed secondary mods to prioritise.
