Most powerful basic?
Who has the most powerful basic attack? Would it be raid han? Is there anywhere on swgoh.gg or a similar site that ranks each ability by their damage output?

That's also without a critical hit. If you consider the base CC / CD that the character gets (including abilities), I'm guessing it's raid han.
Those that do special damage, often do higher on the basic, but have a very low crit chance.
