Most powerful basic?
Who has the most powerful basic attack? Would it be raid han? Is there anywhere on swgoh.gg or a similar site that ranks each ability by their damage output?

also matters if you are considering secondary effects like speed/defense down and such. CLS would certainly need to be thrown into the mix if that was the case. Even Daka with a potential stun on 2 targets can be considered in that light.
