You got the essence of it in the second sentence. Plague is so powerful it can win the match all on its own, so just build comps that allow her to get that victory. I know a guild mate runs GK lead, HYoda, Barriss, MT, and DN or R2. She'd fit well in an AA squad with HYoda as well - getting master's training on her is lethal. She's really incredibly versatile and plague is borderline OP against most setups.
