My Dooku never seems to Shock when using Lightning...?
I have his lightning attack Omega'd, yet I can't remember seeing him shock anyone when using it. Stun, yes, Shock, I don't think so?

Well, I did see it shock finally, maybe I'm just not usually noticing it, or it's just been a long day. His potency I think is around 70-80%.
