I have had zader for quite awhile.
It depends on your goals. If raids are important then do it . Him and a empire team will clear p1 in rancor and get you into p2 and possibly p3.
In haat, he'll do about 1 mil in p2 with the Phamsa, sid, shamen, elder set up. More with great mods and full gear.
But with all the chaze and dn in arena now ( and more to come) he is useless.
I would not recommend a zeta for that purpose. Zader has been on my arena team since, but I'm pulling him now as his dots and cb are useless.
