Are the guides linked there (from http://gaming-fans.com) good for my Phoenix team? If so, I'll just follow those. The guides sometimes contradict what was posted here. For example, it recommends defense primary for the cross mod for Hera instead of potency. Or are the guides on that site bad/out of date?

I could use those links. I did a quick google search and couldn't find a detailed Tarkin fleet build. I saw some posts about how Tarkin is great, some about how something else is great. A couple people said what they ran with Tarkin (with a bunch of ships I would never use). So yeah, I could use a more detailed guide.
