Need Advice on My Lvl 60 Phoenix Squad and Space/General Progression

Mods are a big topic in and of themselves, but as far as fleet:

I have Executrix, Ghost, Phantom II, Tie, FO Tie, Biggs, with JC and Resistance Xwing as support. It's keeping me around 10 in my shard.
