Need Advice on My Lvl 60 Phoenix Squad and Space/General Progression

I would farm Phoenix just enough to unlock Thrawn and EP.
Since most of your arena shard would also probably have phoenix, it would be a good idea to switch to Empire led by EP...Vader Thrawn TFP Tarkin.
You will also be using Empire for R2D2.
You will also be using Vader TFP and Tarkin in your fleet.
Multi-purpose, avoid spreading your resources.
