Best Jedi team with what you have;
Qui gon lead
Yoda
Ezra
Kanan
Aayla (you want to gear her)
Best jedi team to go for:
Qui gon lead
Hermit Yoda
Ezra
Gen Ken

And for Phoenix gear 8 with good mods is usually the minimum, but if you can get Ezra to 9+ that'll help
