Hey, yes I try to gear them well. At a minimum I try to get them to Teir VII (only the toons that I will be using for Guild or other Events and etc.) since that's when they gain that extra protection. I recently did find out that farming for gear takes a lot longer and is more difficult to get then shards, haha thanks!
:) also be mindful that certain characters for certain events will need to probably be gear 9/10. Obviously it all depends on the event and the other characters in the equation. Aim for g9 in any event you’re really interested in, then if they need to go any higher it should be the odd character up the odd gear level
It's funny after I sent you that message I came across this website https://swgohevents.com/ and it tells you the gear tier needed and what would be recommended that's cool you told me this too :). They kept mentioning it would be best to have the toons gear 9 so I'll make sure to keep that in mind. Especially for major events like R2, CLS and etc.
@Liath @DedrickRogue I was thinking after I get my 7* Old Ben I was going to farm for Captain Han (just in case) and after I get my 7* Empire team in order and get 7* Bariss I would focus my attention on making a 7* Scoundrels team. Still I'm not sure, but the Scoundrels have their benefits with farming. Then it would be either First Order for bb-8/JTR or the Resistance for Speed mods or the Phoenix for Thrawn. Out of the four I would see that it would be the Scoundrels and then maybe Phoenix what do y'all think? My account for where I'm at right now https://swgoh.gg/u/makinatrillion/
