For those talking about Vader's ai, I saw him use culling blade twice and the first time he used it on Chirrut who had no debuffs on him but has a lower health pool. He could have used it on Baze instead but it wouldn't have made any significant difference in the match. The second time I saw him use it Baze had a taunt up so there was no choice.
