Disagree. They should be balancing all the time, lots of nerfs and lots of buffs, instead of power creep.
Jolee isn't the reason for the power creep. I have zJolee. He doesn't make my Bastila team OP and I have no trouble killing him in mirror matches. The problem with the current arena meta starts with R and ends with n.
