Revan without Jolee is still strong but not ridiculous, it is the combination with jolee that make him so OP.
I think they overdid it with Jolees resurrection ability (or maybe just his cooldown reduction on basic). They won’t nerf him now (and I’m not sure they should) but had they not gone so overboard in the first place the Arena hadn’t been quite as Revan infested as it is now.
