Put health mods if you want, defense mods might be better, but make sure:
Arrow, Triangle, Circle and Cross are all protection primaries. Speed is NOT the key to Enfys if you want her unique to keep her alive.
It doesn't say of max health for every other person. I can't name one that I'm aware of, but Ezra says "protection up 40%", and it's also based on health.
