Exactly. You can test it by using Vulture Droid in the reinforcement slot or at the beginning of an encounter.

Also, you cannot use both the event vulture droid and the player owned one at the same time. The player Vulture droid is filtered out in the TB mission, and there is definitely no way to use it in Fleet arena.

The player Vulture Droid is only filtered out for one specific quest. The droid works well within the current meta if it would work correctly.

Once the Vulture Droid is defeated the buzz droids can't be cleansed / destroyed. They are stuck.

This happens in Fleet Arena and the PvE battles (nodes and TB) with both Vulture Droids (The event one and the real one).
