Pretty steep price for a character that can very quickly get dropped that quick. His offensive stats are quite as good as I would like to see for that kind HP. He's not really a "glass cannon" more of a "glass my friends have cannons".
that is what Mods are for and if your still not happy with that character then I guess it shouldnt be used until they balance it correctly or buff.

For Rancor or the next raid, then yes Sarge will need Potency mods. For PVP I think Sarge and Cody both will need HP mods and then look for mods with maybe Speed secondary stats? Not sure...
