I'm guessing to counter speed teams so they don't have to nerf speed characters. No one likes a nerf, but people love new choices- Now Plo Koon can be useful too.
- Of course it's chrome only. I've only just been grinding Sergeant, Fives, and Plo for the past two months. Oh well, whats another two+ month wait?
