Why does every new character seem to have massive turn meter manipulation? It's weird.

I'm guessing to counter speed teams so they don't have to nerf speed characters. No one likes a nerf, but people love new choices

Now Plo Koon can be useful too.

Of course it's chrome only. I've only just been grinding Sergeant, Fives, and Plo for the past two months. Oh well, whats another two+ month wait?
