New meta (rey)

Rey doesn't have a place in the meta from what I've seen. The videos big youtubers like MG and ahnald have shown are completely misleading. They have like twice the speed on every one of their characters than the guys they go up against, so of course they're going to win.
BB8 is far too squishy to be viable in arena, and old ben is far too slow to be a lone tank. That team will be destroyed by the current meta on defence, given similar mods on each team. Rey won't change the meta one bit IMO. She seems completely underwhelming.
Having said that, I'm still going to try to unlock her, purely because I don't want to wait 5 months to get her. I'm at 48/100 and 69/100 on both vets. If I continue to place 1st everyday in ships and arena I should make it as long as my drop rate stays average.

I think New Rey is quite good:), from what I ve seen<•( i wont have her) in vids two droids plus gk and cls. This can be meta team. Very good on offense but hard to say how on defense. Or Han Zolo , (no GK) could be the part of this team.

I think RJT can hang out at the top of the arena, but that's not the team to do it... Granted I only have 1 day of data, but it's looking promising.

Replace CLS with MT... Either keep Old Ben or replace with GK if your old Ben isn't geared (mine is only g9, so I use GK ATM)

So long as your mods are appropriate, you get a team that can always go first, and otherwise deal with RHan shooting first... has a MT that will be perma-stealthed and can survive long enough for plague to do all the heavy lifting.

You need RJTs leader ability zeta'd and BB8's first unique zeta is highly recommended.

MT doesn't need to be 7* or g12 (mine is 4* g11) since stars and gear don't affect plague and she won't leave stealth till after the rest of your team is mostly dead... In most cases she won't ever get hit beyond light aoe... Though I do recommend a protection triangle mod for extra durability and +/- 200 speed.

On offense, the team tears through most others, especially the current CLS meta team... Yesterday I auto'd down several to get an idea of how it operates on defense.

RJT is great, but only as a vehicle to allow MT to do her thing... MT is the real game breaker

Rey sucks big time. I have her maxed out with all zetas and gear. She can't handle arena.

The videos I've seen from test accounts are rigged. The speed for the offense team is obviously much higher than defensive squads. The most obvious instance was against a NS team where all attackers went before the nightsisters. I think Rey squads have hard times against the sisters and they voluntarily remove mods or put mods without any speed secondary to show that Rey could win on offense against them. Shocking if it's true.

Noticed the same thing. Even the guy on the video mentioned nightsisters were tough. The whole time I was just thinking when will the night sisters get a turn. Waste of time watching that video.

It's shameful to the say the least. So deceiving

She is useless. What a waste of resources to get her.

I'd suggest holding off on proclaiming her either meta-breaking or useless ... She just unlocked today. There's so many possible combinations to use her with, either someone will figure out how to make her team deadly or not. But not today.
