I'm a whale, and he is part of my 1st line GW team. Lumi + JC are way better than Lumi+Barriss, in almost every situation.
His heal can be as low as every other turn with his basic and heal leveled up.
He heals for around 4.5k, and will give himself turn meter when he heals sometimes, making the next heal come even quicker.
His Special attack can ignore armor, and both it and his basic hit for reasonably heft amounts.
He's easy to farm from Cantina battles as you level.
He's also incredibly easy to take to maximum gearing.
TLDR: OP doesn't have a clue.
