Talzin + Palp (plague + shock) is a great combo. Talzin under an EP lead is quite effective.
Frankenstein teams under Rex are still useful... I've seen Rex, Talzin, Ventress, Zombie +1 high in my arena
Stealth teams under Nute Gunray work. Nute, Acolyte, Zombie, +2 is a surprisingly effective team (r2d2 on a dark side team anybody?)
KRU is a good tank under Talzin... he'll taunt with basic attack very frequently.
Cassian plays surprisingly well with NS (copy & paste debuffs, AoE debuff special, ability block on basic)
