Nightsisters vs. Bastila lead
Does anyone know if Mother Talzin’s Potency boost from her lead is good enough to reliably land plagues on a Bastila team with her tenacity up?

GMY has a base 39% tenacity, assuming it wasn't modded beyond that, he'd have 139% effective after Talzin lead. With Talzin's base potency, she'd have about a 16% chance of landing Plague on any character. This chance would increase by the amount of potency added from mods less the tenacity added by opponent's mods.
But wait, there's more! Master's Training from Hermit Yoda gives Jedi an additional 50% tenacity. Also, if GMY uses Battle Meditation and gives the actual Tenacity Up buff, nothing will get through (adds 99,990% tenacity).
