Just curious what the interactions are between Malak and Nihilus lead.
1. Does Malak get double benefit from protection -> health or does the first instance remove the protection before the other activates (whichever order it happens in).
2. Does drain life's heal count as health steal under Nihilus lead (since the heal is directly from the damage caused)?
