I'm with you. I don't have him unlocked, but I have an ally that has him 7* maxed (so I've used him a lot) and also have faced him in PVP. If you don't have dispel ready to remove his taunt, he can put you in the worst taunt trap of all time. Here's one setup where he was incredibly OP and I got whooped so bad like no other team - not even teams with like 23,000 power in PVP. The magic combo I'll note here is Han with Old Ben. Old Ben hits you damage down 2 rounds, so you are like throwing cotton balls at Han with little damage (any other damage down toon would work too). Han taunts for 2+ rounds - so Han you can't kill him just supported by one healer. Just 3 hits on Han though and you've now practically filled his entire team's turn meter and you're getting hit multiple times without getting a turn. Turn meter control is the best skill and toughest to deal with that I've seen so far. Toons that manipulate speed well are deadly. Han can manipulate speed better than just about any other hero with his taunt.
Han at his best can be more effectively used and deadly to an opponent than Sid. I've never had a Sid just entirely blow up my team and force me to completely alter my approach. Han's taunt + massive team turn meter gain though can be used tactically with other toons to be absolutely obliterating. He can be countered so he's not technically OP, but if you get caught in a Han taunt trap (can't see PVP teams) it's going to feel very OP and you'll look at Dooku / Barriss / Lumi / Sid, etc as lightweights.
Grats on your Han dude. He's a deadly weapon to pull out.
