Depends on how strong your guild is. Mine fighting in the 60 million GP range run and the handful of nightsister teams we use hold off multiple teams before getting beaten
On the other hand, I can understand how a strong guild would want them on offense--because the guilds they will be facing usually will have well developed trooper teams, which can crush nightsister teams on offense
