Old Ben Taunt vs Fracture
How is this possible? Old Ben was fractured in the arena but still maintained his taunt. I see what his zeta says but it should still be blocked by fracture. Am I missing something?

That may be what's happening, but according to the language in their abilities, this is the wrong outcome. Feature keeps buffs from adding on after it's active.
