I don't think you'll manage that, he's a slow guy, one of his better qualities as a tank. Thrawn's base speed is 162, Old Ben's is 130, so you'd need God mods and pray your opponent doesn't have any.
I'm guessing the entire enemy team goes before you? You could try and land a debuff on their slowest member to try and get Thrawn to use his heal/tm swap over fracture.
