Finally got a culling blade hit for over a million damage! I think I can still go higher though!

Culling Blade doesn't extinguish the damage over time dots with Vader's zeta. Or, it does, but then they come back.
No but you want to stack as many dots as possible to get the highest culling blade. So if you use it earlier, you're killing the pigs too fast and might not be able to score as high as you could.
