So, condition is we have mirror match. Papa palp zeta lead, team member all sith/empire. Who's move first is who have higher speed vader. Vader force crush, then curling. Team gain TM for every debuff...

That's not how it works in practice. The enemy Vader always goes second for me. I have +125 speed on Vader, +112 on Thrawn, +103 on both EP and DN.
Maybe the difference between Vader and the other toons' speed is too large so that the TM gain from culling blade is not enough to fill up their speed bar.
