Sidious=EP=SEE all the same personality and mind of palpatine. EP is just an older version of sidious. SEE was palpatine mind transferring over to a clone body which is still palpatine in mind and dna.

Clones in some sort of weird way does = Boba but doesn't. Same DNA but totally different personalities for all them. They don't retain Bobas personality.

Also the mind transfer i think they got that idea from swtor the online mmo. One of their big villians valkorian had powers that was mind transfer. In short, I think it was a story power so they could keep him alive for expansions which they did for awhile

I know he is it all the time just with a few versions of his own body.

I just think if they create a toon, they wanna show this toon at a certain point of view in timeline.

So no, SEE shouldnt have synergies with Maul, Dooku or Savage.
Sidious should have them indeed. Would make an interesting Team.
SEE should have synergy with Kylo Unmasked, Sith Trooper, Sith Assassin, Sith Marodeur or someone else from First Order.

My comparison from Echo and Boba were just for fun ;)

But yes technically its the same situation like SEE and Snoke.
