I'm just curious, but with all the reworks these two have been through, why hasn't there been a synergy between these two durning those reworks? I'm not talking about leadership skills, like a passive...

Sidious=EP=SEE all the same personality and mind of palpatine. EP is just an older version of sidious. SEE was palpatine mind transferring over to a clone body which is still palpatine in mind and dna.
Clones in some sort of weird way does = Boba but doesn't. Same DNA but totally different personalities for all them. They don't retain Bobas personality.
Also the mind transfer i think they got that idea from swtor the online mmo. One of their big villians valkorian had powers that was mind transfer. In short, I think it was a story power so they could keep him alive for expansions which they did for awhile
