Part 1 of commander Luke event
So I've been trying to get past part 1 of the commander Luke event with the sand people and the third battle always has me stumped. That particular leader character keeps getting heal over time benefits when he's left by himself which doesn't make sense because I looked over his move set and no where does it say that he has the ability to do that. Is this character the same sand person that we can activate?
