Phoenix and Rogue One....

For the multi-crewed ships (Ghost, Phantom and U-Wings) how does crew gear level impact on speed/health/damage?
I know G11 means you can push abilities to their maximum....is this the “sweet spot” or is G12 a noticeable bump?

I’m asking because I run a Home One Rebel Fleet (around 40th place) that can probably go a lot higher if I actually focused on it for a bit!
My plan was to work on:
ESSENTIAL:
1) Sabine and Chopper —> G11 (Ezra is already Zeta G12) This would significantly improve Phantom.
2) Biggs from G11.5 to G12
UNSURE?:
3) Bistan and SRP - painful to give them Stun Guns! But I’m told their ship gets fast and useful and high gear levels? Plus the TM gains, Advantage buffs, and unresistable Target Lock would be nice!
4) Ghost.....I’m less sure about this ship BUT it does synergise well with Biggs and Phantom. It’s best ability is probably Heras - calling target + 2 more Rebels to Assist. Kanan is already G11.5. I’m not sure I can justify 2 Stun Guns on Zeb right now.....

It would help if I knew the effect going to G11 or G12 had on these ships!
  • Isn't ship GP improved by about 440 GP at rank 7 for each piece of gear on a pilot?
  • Have a quick look at the crouching rancor website, they have an apps page of which a ship stat calculator based on inputting the pilots current gear, mod and ability levels etc.

    That will tell you the raw numbers and I think it's accurate (at least it's always been correct the few times I've used it).

    If those stat increases are actually worth the gear is kind of dependent on comparison to the people on the leader-board you are battling and depends if you want to stick with you current team longterm or switch to one of the other lineups like empire / BH / Geos etc.

    Biggs for sure is worth the gear to 12 though, and don't underestimate Ghost's "sensor scrambler" since reduced potency hinders quite a few ship teams that rely on a key debuf.

    I probably should switch to Geos or BHs :)
    BUT....the lineup I’m aiming at is
    ***Biggs with Bistan and Tie Advanced*** Reinforcement 1 = Phantom
    Then Cassian/Ghost as needed with Landos Falcon as 4th
    Capital Ship = Home One
