Phoenix Squad Zetas
Is there any reason why Phoenix Squadron Zetas cost 3 more omegas than every other characters Zetas?

As far as I know zeta leader abilities need 10 omegas, zeta uniques need 13 and zeta special abilities need 16. All of the Pheonix squadron zetas are special abilities so that is probably what you're seeing
