Phoenix is relatively low dps so don't worry too much about protection up all the time.
Chopper is rather squishy so you might want to kill him first. Also it's nice to get rid of one of the healing factors and the taunters.
If you can use flourish to do damage and up ezra's turn meter instead of to cleanse a taunter.
Remember if you can daze someone they can't counter. Using Zeb to assist (called by hera and ezra) to put daze on can be worth it.
