Please help my squad development, I went down the random line! Need to salvage my squad advice.

I've only been playing for about a week, but I've put in substantial time already. I love this game! I'm on disability so I have a lot of time to grind, and this game helps kill the boredom. I digress...

One more question when I’m told to farm Ren unmasked does that mean continue to farm him until he is 7 star? Thanks guys I’m going for the droid ship and maxing Ren. Got akbar too so my fleet getting bigger. Trying to only focus on my light and dark side top 5 players now. Superb advice, thanks again! Please feel free to look at my stuff and make any other comments...I’m still saving my revenue/energy for later in the game.
