I wouldn't want the taunt on the aoe as that would be shut down real fast by Sun Fac. I like it better on his third ability.
I wouldn't be against a bit more damage, just wasn't a priority when I thought over the rework. Making his AOE hit decently hard could be good for him. A strong attack with offense down every four turns would be good for his kit I think.
