I was going against Savage with a Nightsister squad lead by Mother Talzin and noticed something that I'd like to confirm. Here's what happened;Enemy squad all had Plague.Old Daka stunned Darth MaulSavage attacked Nightsister Zombie and when Savage returned Darth Maul was still stunned.So my question is does a locked debuff prevent Savage's Brute skill from moving debuffs to himself? His Brute was Zeta'd due to the fact it was pulling up HoT's.

Plague prevents debuffs from being cleansed, so presumably that means Savage can't steal them.

99% sure Savage can't pull locked debuffs.Your topic says counter even tho you didn't really ask about counters in your post. but you wanna shut down the tm gain and the buff. Shock does both, but Palp is squishy so you may need daze/buff immunityOr just save him as the last toon to take down

He probably removed debuffs from another of his allies. I think that is random. Either that or it is a bug

99% sure Savage can't pull locked debuffs.

Your topic says counter even tho you didn't really ask about counters in your post. but you wanna shut down the tm gain and the buff. Shock does both, but Palp is squishy so you may need daze/buff immunity

Or just save him as the last toon to take down

Yeah but savage doesn't cleanse like a normal character. He simply moves debuffs onto himself and then cleanses himself if suffers a critical hit. I do think you could make an argument that this is working as intended as long as he's not cleansing plague off himself when he gets critted

If Maul is stunned and plagued, the stun cannot be forcibly removed in any way, including savage's debuff steal. It has to expire naturally, or Maul has to be healed first to remove the plague. Same thing applies to Savage, although he heals himself easily, resulting in him cleansing everything.

Savage does not move debuffs. Brute literally says "Savage Dispels all debuffs on a random other Sith ally and gains those debuffs for 1 turn".

Exactly this. It's similar to how he doesn't move DoTs vs Zader, just adds that number to himself as well.

So if a debuff is locked will it counter his Brute unique, keeping cleansable debuffs from being removed? Or is it just Plague?

Only plague has that effect. Other locked debuffs also can't be removed, but if Maul had say, Armor Shred and stun, then Savage could remove the stun, but not the Armor Shred.
