Instead of trying to kill Poe before he taunts, it's probably better to battle smarter. Obviously a dispel would solve this problem, but Asajj is way too slow and Mace Windu is useless. I think...

With ppl around 65-68 currently, I never land any debuff on poe anymore.
However I still win againts poe even down to 3vs5.
I have only 1 team, so I cannot complain if a few combo I can't win. Those combo, I still lose if they switch poe with bariss.
