Possible to get fleet top 50 with galactic republic fleet?

When i gear all pilots to gear 12/13 than with great strategy i can maybe hit rank 50

I'm already rank 72 now, it must be possible. Just the top 35 have better capital ships. And my 5* negotiator has some big tricks the others dont have, trust me :)
