At least those are ones I have a good start on. Was hoping Jolee would fit better, but it may still have been worth putting so much work into him if he ends up needed for Revan. The complete lack of Zetas looks like the biggest issue, though I am at least close to being able to get one, and little more gear upgrading, especially Hoda.
