Potency vs Tenacity ... confused
Ewok Elder's Tenacity = 75.24% Palpatine's Potency =33% Yet, he stuns my ewok twice back to back. Isn't higher tenacity supposed to protect from lower potency? Ewok squad, vs palp squad. . ....

Palpetine stun actually has nothing to do with tenacity or potency. In the description I think it says there’s an 80% chance to stun, so it’s RNG based above anything else
