"sensational and/or controversial commentary or opinion" No controversy, not an opinionated article, nothing sensational other than the old system versus the new system.
"Unfortunately, the developers decided to address this issue, and in doing so, took a flawed system and made it useless" sounds like an opinion to me, the rest was good information though
