Question about capitol ships
If my capitol ship character has 52 more speed than the other players character, and my starting lineup goes first, how in the world is the other players capitol ship going first?

There are ships that give or remove TM from capital ships.
Usual suspects are Imperial TIE and TIE Reaper.
Other ships can reduce cooldowns like Han's falcon when reinforces
