Not really low level gear is easily farmed. at your level spend 50 a day on arena refreshes( the extra 5 not the timer refresh before you get done with your first 5) to increase your Crystal gains . Spend some on refreshes get that 600 for your guild everyday, be in a guild that wants you doing 600 a day. Hoard the rest for mk 3 carbs and other higher level gear
